Lin and I married in August 2015, We heard about Chris Ebbern due to requiring an organist to play the organ in the church. We consequently found out that Chris was multi-talented and could also sing and could perform for us at our Wedding breakfast. We went to see Chris perform at a concert beforehand where we heard him play piano, conduct and sing, this made our mind up immediately that we wanted Chris to perform for us at our wedding.

On the day of our wedding Chris played the church Organ to accompany our hymns during the main part of the church service and also to play Lin into the church and for background music. Chris was fantastic, he never missed a beat and was great throughout.

During the signing of the register we had asked Chris to sing two duets...... All I ask of You from Phantom of the Opera and also Love Changes everything. Chris sang with Rachel, a soprano with whom he’d worked before and organised accompaniment by another pianist. The two performances were spellbindingly great, making the hairs on our necks stand up.

After the church service Chris and Rachel raced to our wedding reception venue about 15 miles away to play and sing live for us as we arrived, enjoyed drinks and as we ate the wedding breakfast. Rachel sang a beautiful array of songs, some which we had personally chosen and also Chris accompanied Rachel and also played some instrumental tunes on his keyboard.

Its hard to describe in words how wonderful these performances were, throughout it was professional, beautiful and a perfect match for our important day. We are aware that Chris and Rachel had rehearsed beforehand the duets and the set to be performed and also had taken the time to source an amplifier suitable to match the venue environment. Many of our guests complimented Chris and Rachel on their performances having enjoyed their talents completely.

Chris’s fees were very reasonable and worth every penny.

We simply can only use superlatives to describe Chris and his associates, do not hesitate to use them for similar events, they will not disappoint.

We enjoyed our experiences so much that we have again been to see Chris perform and conduct at further concerts since our wedding and will continue to do so into the future.

Thanks again Chris.

Thank you so much! Honestly, we were totally blown away by everything. The choir were amazing and so many of our guests said they were the highlight of the service. I managed to catch most of the performance and it was beautiful. We are so appreciative of the time and effort you all went to in order to make our marriage ceremony so special!

Chris and the choir were recommended to us through our vicar Richard Coleman.  On our wedding day Chris and the choir were absolutely fantastic.  Along with accompanying on the hymns, the choir sang two separate pieces whilst we signed our register (Your Song & All You Need is Love).  It really made the service listening to them sing and all of our guests thought they were great.  Throughout the process Chris was professional and organised which made the whole process a breeze.
Chris also performed separately at our reception venue, where he played the piano during our drinks reception.  Again this was faultless and really set the ambiance of the room.
I would highly recommend Chris and the East Leake choir to anyone looking to add that something special to their big day.
Many thanks Verity & Sean O'Brien

Chris's organ playing at our wedding was of the very highest calibre. He made full use of the organ's strength and range and really lifted the spirits of us and our guests. It was just what we had imagined and hoped for.

Chris made a great contribution to our party. He played a wide variety of music that kept people interested and acted as a good accompaniment to the occasion. We'd be happy to recommend him.
